FLAG Cheer

Program Overview

Our Flag Cheer program is the perfect introduction to cheerleading for young athletes! Open to cheerleaders ages 4–6 as of July 1, this program focuses on building confidence, teamwork, and basic cheer skills in a fun and supportive environment.

The season runs from early August through mid-October. Cheerleaders will practice twice a week at Heavenly Farms (days to be determined) from 6:00–7:30 PM, where they’ll learn motions, chants, jumps, and a beginner routine.
Participants will also cheer on the sidelines at flag football games on Saturday mornings, bringing energy and spirit to the field while gaining performance experience.

The season concludes with our exciting Flag Cheer Expo in mid-October, where cheerleaders will showcase everything they’ve learned by performing a routine for family and friends.
Come join the fun and be part of a team that builds skills, friendships, and spirit!
